Project Description
Glencore's Hunter Valley Operations is a large-scale open cut operation that produces some of the highest quality thermal and semi-soft metallurgical coal in the world. The need to maintain its rail infrastructure to the highest standards is crucial to the efficient distribution of its product.
Swietelsky Rail Australia (SRA) is currently providing resurfacing support to Daracon Group under its two-year maintenance contract, for the upkeep and renewals works on Glencore's nine Hunter Valley coal loop lines.
